Individual Therapy

Therapy to treat a wide range of mental health problems and for people who experience emotional distress, I would advise to choose this service.


Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, loss, lowness, sadness or isolation, to name just a few. Or caught up in addictive or destructive behaviors?  Whether you are struggling with current events in your life or coming to terms with past trauma, you can begin your therapeutic journey here. We will enter into this, with kindness and compassion and so that you can seek the emotional support that you deserve.

 Here at Melina Therapy, I can offer you a safe space where you don’t have to struggle and feel alone anymore. Where you feel you can open up and talk freely to me about your difficulties, without fear of judgement. I believe that therapy can make sense of confusing feelings and  allow time to process and heal. I believe therapy can build confidence and self-worth and enable individuals to see new choices and opportunities moving forward. I will deeply listen to gain empathy and understanding of you and actively listen to share, inform and explore together. I offer a bespoke service, drawn from a unique blend of therapies, integrating techniques and strategies which will help alleviate previous symptoms and enable you maintain your wellbeing post therapy.  Sessions last 60 minutes and take place once a week at a regular time. I provide time limited up to four or six sessions therapy and open ended therapy, depending on needs and circumstance. I believe that when it comes to your mental health and well-being, it is important to have a knowledgeable professional you can turn to.

Mindfulness and Wellbeing Coaching

Let's embrace fresh starts and new beginnings! Combining mindfulness and coaching skills for you to be your best Wellness self. For people who would like to work in the present to feel happier and healthier, I would advise this service.


Have you slipped into some old bad habits? Lack energy or any consistency of positive actions and healthy routines? Do you struggle to find purpose and meaning in your life? Feeling lost and lacking in direction? Here at Melina Therapy, I offer individually tailored Mindfulness and Well-being Coaching Sessions to support positive change, into your daily habits and routines. Learn how to unlock your energy and healing within and find peace and calmness above the challenges that may present, in our busy hectic lives. Learn strategies to build confidence and resilience above adversity and how to re-frame a negative inner dialogue into a positive mindset. Finding yourself a more fulfilled happier and healthier self.

Using a unique blend of mindfulness and coaching techniques, I will support you to enable you to  reach your daily and long term positive goals. Sessions are 60 minutes long on Zoom or other suitable remote platforms.

With an increase in remote and home working more clients are now recognising the benefits of online therapy, with all the benefits of traditional therapy, but  without time, travel and geographical restrictions to finding the therapist that is right for you. Ideal for clients who travel or are away on business or have to consider childcare. As more clients are swopping the therapists coach for their own and feeling more relaxed in their own environment. You can choose the mode of communication that suits you, whether that is online Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp or Facetime video or telephone audio.
