Welcome, I am Melina Sarra-May and Melina Therapy encompasses 29 years of my experience as a clinician and working with a wide range of mental health issues, trauma, turmoil, unwellness and unhappiness, that clients present with. I work with  individual clients,  couples and organisations to support and promote positive mental health and well-being. 

I am English-Italian and from my  experiences I have particular interest in identity and a natural empathy towards cultural sensitivity. Valuing individuality and inclusivity.

As a regular practitioner of mindfulness, I pay particular attention to my own well-being and self-care, which helps and supports the ethos and values of my practice.  Blending both Eastern and Western philosophies into everyday living.
