At Melina Therapy I offer relationship therapy for couples and intimate partners and any other defined relationship. With an emotional focused approach to resolve issues and strengthen bonds. Relationship therapy can offer you, individually, or together a safe space where you can be listened to and heard, knowing that I am impartial to each person. It is not limited to romantic relationships and can also address dynamics between family members, friends or colleagues.

Providing individualised support and guidance to help you identify your goals and make sustainable lifestyle changes that align with your values, dreams and future aspirations. Creating healthier daily routines - whether that is to do with your health, diet, exercise, stress and relaxation. Introducing mindfulness practices such as gratitude, journaling and manifestation into your daily practices, so you can regain a sense of control and feel confident, proud and happy about yourself.
