My practice integrates traditional talking therapy with an awareness of how stress and trauma can be held in the body and nervous system and how you respond to this over time. Sessions are tailored to your needs, creating space where you can explore what feels unresolved and what feels present - bringing awareness to patterns that may be repeating in your life and supporting a deeper sense of understanding, choice and healing.

Couples Counselling

I offer trauma-informed, integrative couples counselling for partners seeking a calmer, more constructive space to understand what is happening in their relationship. With over 30 years of clinical experience, my approach is grounded and relational, supporting couples to slow things down and make sense of what is happening between them. Alongside therapeutic work, I also bring a coaching-informed practice where helpful, focusing on communication, patterns of interaction and more intentional relating. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the relationship, creating space to explore what feels present and unresolved and the patterns that may be shaping disconnection or distance - helping you move towards greater clarity, understanding and emotional closeness.

Life & Wellness Coaching

I offer coaching informed, integrative support for clients looking to create meaningful change in their life, wellbeing or direction. My approach draws on over 30 years of clinical experience, combining psychological insight with a grounded, practical focus. Alongside therapeutic understanding, I bring a coaching informed approach that supports clarity, motivation and more intentional ways of moving forward. The work is collaborative and focused on what feels most important to you right now. Sessions are tailored to your needs - creating space to explore where you feel stuck or uncertain and support a clearer, more steady sense of direction and wellbeing.

Self Regulation for Resilience

I offer trauma-informed breathwork and meditation sessions that provide a safe space to pause, slow down and reconnect with yourself. Drawing on trauma-recovery yoga, breathwork and mindfulness practices, these mind-body sessions support nervous system regulation, emotional balance and a greater sense of calm and wellbeing. Together, we create space for stillness, reflection and self-compassion, helping you develop a deeper connection with yourself and cultivate greater presence, resilience and inner ease.
