Counselling Therapy

At Melina Therapy, I offer online therapy counselling sessions tailored to your individual needs. In a safe space, where you can explore your thoughts and make sense of confusing feelings. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, grief to more complex trauma and PTSD. I am here for you and to help you navigate your journey of self-awareness and healing. Drawn from an integrative approach applying evidence based therapies and holistic approaches to support you in the most effective way. Your counselling can be short to longer term and at a pace that feels right for you. It's your therapy, your journey.

Couple Counselling

At Melina Therapy I offer relationship therapy for couples and intimate partners and any other defined relationship. With an emotional focused approach to resolve issues and strengthen bonds. Relationship therapy can offer you, individually, or together a safe space where you can be listened to and heard, knowing that I am impartial to each person. It is not limited to romantic relationships and can also address dynamics between family members, friends or colleagues. 

Wellness Coaching

At Melina Therapy I offer personalised wellness coaching for anyone who would like to prioritise their health and well-being. Providing individualised support and guidance to help you identify your goals and make sustainable lifestyle changes that align with your values, dreams and future aspirations. Creating healthier daily routines - whether that is to do with your health, diet, exercise, stress and relaxation. Introducing mindfulness practices such as gratitude, journaling and manifestation into your daily practices, so you can regain a sense of control and feel confident, proud and happy about yourself.     


YOGA
