Welcome - here is a moment just for you. In this space, you'll find gentle, trauma-informed practices to calm the mind, reconnect with the body and support your healing journey. Drawing on over 30 years as a trauma-informed therapist, these practices are grounded in neuroscience and psychology and are beneficial for anyone and safe and beneficial for anyone who has experienced trauma. Whether you're new to breathwork, meditation or mindful movement, or you're a seasoned participant, these sessions offer a safe, nurturing space, to slow down, reflect and feel fully present.
My journey began when I discovered how mind-body practices such as breathwork, meditation and yoga, can help regulate the nervous system and support healing. Over the years I have trained extensively and worked with diverse clients, including those affected by trauma. Also, through my own lived experience, I blend these practices into my life and wellbeing. I was the first in the UK to train in pioneering trauma-recovery yoga, delivering classes in refugee camps in Afghanistan and other war torn-countries. These practices continue to shape how I guide others on their own path and healing journey.
Private one-to-one sessions offer a bespoke, person-centred practice, guided by me, supporting calm, presence and self-connection. With breathwork, meditation and space for reflection. Together, we move at your pace in gentle, trauma-informed way, exploring what feels right for you and your body today, with care, courage and curiosity - you will be supported throughout and tailored to your individual needs. All you need is a private space and a good internet connection - sessions are accessible wherever you are in the world.
My classes are designed to help you slow down and create a moment for yourself in the midst of a busy day. In this shared space, we reconnect with the breath and body, cultivating presence and calm and gentle acceptance. The sessions can support you in letting go and coming to terms with what was, with me here to guide you. These trauma-informed practises offer space to simply be, while exploring your own path. Classes are available online and internationally, as well as in local community spaces, making them accessible wherever you are.

Sessions and classes are gentle, slow and focused on relaxation, with trauma-sensitive guidance. You may also encounter, gentle somatic movement and positive affirmations to nurture self-acceptance and build positive beliefs. There are no corrections, no right or wrong ways - this is your practice and you can explore what feels right for your body today.

Curious to experience a session? You can book a taster class, either as a private one-to-one or a small group online. The session lasts around 45-60 minutes and begins with breathwork and guided meditation to support self-regulation, reduce anxiety and cultivate presence. We include gentle seated movements for neck, shoulders, arms and back, to release tension and invite relaxation, safely.
There is space for stillness, reconnection and reflection.
