Welcome — this page introduces Self-Regulation & Reflection sessions — a safe space to pause, slow down, and reconnect with your mind and body, with presence and gentle healing, through trauma-sensitive breathwork, meditation and reflection.
My journey began when I discovered how mind-body practices — such as breathwork meditation and yoga, can help regulate the nervous system and support healing. Over the years, I have trained extensively and worked with diverse clients, including those affected by trauma. Through my own lived experience, I have integrated these practices into my daily life and wellbeing. In 2023, I trained with a pioneering organisation in Afghanistan, who deliver trauma-recovery yoga classes in refugee camps and war-torn countries. (The first trainee in the UK). These experiences continue to shape how I guide others on their own path and healing journey.
Take a moment out of your day to pause and reflect. These safe, mind-body sessions draw on trauma-recovery yoga techniques and trauma-informed expertise to support nervous system regulation and emotional balance. Through breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement, you can reconnect with your body and feel calm, grounded, and present.
Each session offers space for stillness and reflection, gently tuning into your thoughts, feelings, and sensations. This supports trauma-sensitive healing and nurtures emotional balance, self-compassion and a sense of self-worth, and relaxation - helping to reduce stress and anxiety. It also offers a unique infusion of mind-body techniques within a therapeutic space — without being a formal therapy session.
These sessions are available online, one-to-one, tailored to your needs and accessible wherever you are in the world.
My classes are designed to help you slow down and create a moment for yourself in the midst of a busy day. In this shared space, we reconnect with the breath and body, cultivating awareness, presence, calm, and gentle acceptance. The sessions can support you in letting go and coming to terms with what was, with me here to guide you. These trauma-informed practices offer space to simply be, while exploring your own path. Classes are available online, internationally, and in local community spaces, making them accessible wherever you are.

Sessions and classes are gentle, slow, and focused on relaxation, with trauma-sensitive guidance. You may also encounter gentle movement and affirmations to nurture self-acceptance and build positive beliefs. There are no corrections, no right or wrong ways — this is your practice, and you are free to explore what feels right for your body.

Curious to experience a session? You can book a taster one-to-one online session lasting around 45 minutes. The session begins with breathwork and guided meditation to support self-regulation, grounding, centering and cultivate presence.
We then engage in some gentle seated movements, for neck, shoulders and back - helping to reconnect mind-body, release tension and invite relaxation.
The session closes with space for stillness and reflection, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings, sensations and gentle healing in this safe therapeutic space.
