Couples and relationship therapy supports couples, intimate partners or anyone seeking guidance in their relationships. These sessions can help improve communication, address intimacy challenges and navigate difficult experiences such as loss of trust or betrayal. With professional training and an impartial perspective, I provide support to resolve conflict and strengthen connection.

This supports trauma-sensitive healing and nurtures emotional balance, self-compassion and a sense of self-worth, and relaxation - helping to reduce stress and anxiety. It also offers a unique infusion of mind-body techniques within a therapeutic space — without being a formal therapy session.
