I am here to 'walk' with you and to support you, so that you can let go of pain and begin your process of healing. I have access to a wide range of therapeutic tools to help you on your way. Your counselling can be short to longer term, depending on your need, always tailor made, always gentle and always at a pace that feels right for you. It's your therapy, your journey.
If you are suffering from historical trauma, PTSD or a recent traumatic event, you don't have to feel alone any more, I can help. I have a deep understanding of the sensitivity and complexity of the impact of trauma. Trauma therapy is very close to my own heart and led me to work extensively with clients suffering from psychological trauma and PTSD, in particular in the areas of sexual abuse, sexual violence and rape. I am a qualified Self-Regulation for Resilience Instructor, integrating mind and bodywork such as breathwork and meditation to enable clients to feel safe in their bodies again. I have crafted my own safe, empathic and compassionate approach that is grounded in neuroscience, integrated therapies and healing techniques.

You may have a specific goal, or need help to find balance, energy and some kind of order in your life. We can focus on your holistic wellness to help you adopt a more positive lifestyle that is bespoke and right for you - to enable you to make behaviour changes to support your goals.
