With an increase in remote and home working more clients are now recognising the benefits of online therapy, offerring all the benefits of traditional therapy and without time and expenses spent travelling or being restricted to finding a therapist in your geographical area or country. Ideal for clients who travel or away on business or have to consider childcare. As more clients are swopping the therapists coach for their own and feeling more relaxed in their own environment. You can choose the mode of communication that suits you, whether that is online Skype, Zoom or Whataspp video, Facetime or telephone audio.
