These safe, mind-body sessions, draw on trauma-recovery yoga techniques and trauma-informed expertise to support the nervous system regulation and emotional balance. Through breathwork and meditation, you can reconnect with your body and feel calm, present and safe again. Sessions provide space for stillness and reflection, gently tuning into your thoughts, feelings and sensations. This supports trauma-sensitive healing and nurtures emotional balance, self-compassion and a sense of self-worth, and relaxation - helping to reduce stress and anxiety. It also offers a unique infusion of mind-body techniques within a therapeutic space — without being a formal therapy session.
